I am an artist based in Buckinghamshire, UK. Most of my work is created using acrylic paint. I love painting on canvas and wood. It gives me great pleasure and joy to create and I hope that comes across through my paintings. My favourite subjects are blooms and abstract forms. Blooms for the colour and joy they bring and as a symbol of new beginnings; and abstract- because every painting is so very unique, different, unpredictable, organic and original- a bit like life itself! I have always been drawn to aesthetics and everyday beauty in life- a topic I am never tired to explore...
My background is as colourful as my paintings - mainly in Mathematics and Finance with an artistic streak that has been with me since very young. I taught Maths for 8 years in London; I also worked in finance for one of the leading companies in the gaming industry; Along the way I have designed accessories as well as wedding and celebration cakes, run a very successful Maths club in the local school in the not so distant past, and more...
Last but not least, I am a wife to a wonderful man and a mother to three inspiring children that fill my life with inspiration, joy and colour every single day!!
